• Placing bets via bots or automated methods
• Managing an account on behalf of someone under 18

Account Closure & Suspension

D9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account under certain circumstances. Equally, members may request to close their own account at any time.

• Cancellation by d9999: d9999 reserves the right to terminate an account in cases of Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or the provision of false information.
• Member-Initiated Closure: Any member may close their account by contacting support. Please withdraw your main balance before initiating the closure.
• Extended Inactivity: Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be marked as inactive, and a maintenance fee may be applied to the balance.
• Self-exclusion: As part of Responsible Gaming, members may request a self-exclusion from the platform for a specified period.
