The most frequently asked questions and answers from d9999 members
A d9999 account can be locked for several reasons – most commonly after 5 consecutive failed login attempts, detection of unusual login activity, pending KYC verification, or a security review. The steps to resolve it differ depending on the cause.
Locked due to too many wrong password attempts: On the login page, select "Forgot Password?". An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP, set a new password, and your account will be unlocked — the whole process usually takes under 5 minutes.
Locked for security reasons: Contact d9999's live chat. You may be asked to verify your identity by providing your registered name, phone number, and the amount of your most recent deposit. Once verified, your account will be recovered within 24 hours.
KYC Verification Pending: Submit a government-issued ID (NID or passport) to your account. Full access will be restored once verification is complete.
Self-exclusion active: If you previously activated self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period ends. This is an intentional safety measure.
💡 Pro tip: To prevent future account lockouts, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings and consider using a password manager.
Wagering, or "rollover," means you must place bets totalling a specified amount using your bonus funds before you can withdraw. This is an internationally accepted standard to prevent bonus abuse.
Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus — that's an extra ৳1,000 in bonus funds. If the bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, that means ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳ 20,000 bet before making a withdrawal.
Typically only Bonus balanceapplies to the bonus amount, not your actual deposit.
In Sports Betting, generally minimum odds of 1.5count toward wagering. Bets placed at lower odds are not counted.
Casino slots count in full toward wagering requirements, while certain table games may only count partially.
Bonus validity is generally 30 days. If wagering is not completed within the validity period, the bonus will be forfeited – your real money balance remains unaffected.
Log in to your account and visit the "Bonus" section to track your current wagering progress. For full terms and conditions, Terms & Conditions View.
